The Core retreat is coming soon. It is the week-end of March 22nd. Please bring in your registration and payment by March 11th. We will cover a lot of Core material and also have a fun time.

The annual auction is March 7th. The middle school students will be setting up the dining area on Friday the 6th. Then we will be the waiters/waitresses on the Saturday. This is a big fund raiser for the mission trips.

Remember Core is quickly coming to an end for the year. Stay focused and you can finish.

February 13th

Chili cook-off is Feb 21. Each student was to sign up to bring an item. Please check with them about what they signed up for. All monies earned will be divided between the students who work the event. There is still a need for chili donations. Call Michelle Wheeler if you have any questions-7401271.

Retreat is March 20-22. Registrations are being mailed or available on the church web page. This is a requirement for Core. Permission slips and payment due on March 11th.

Mission trip is June 14-19. Trip details and applications are being mailed.

We are coming to the end of this year Core. Keep focus and you will finish.

CORE IN 2009

Last week, we did Building Block quiz #4. The student should be working on BB#5. The quiz will be on January 21.

The last project is due on February 11. Pastor Brian will discuss it with the students.

Core Retreat is March 20- 22. More details to come.

Remember Core Sunday/graduation for second year students is April 26. Keep working on getting caught up. I t will be here before we know it.
